Assistance to the Project Manager and monitoring of technical studies for:

Establishment of the master plan of the port and preliminary draft

Detailed preliminary study

Preparation of tender document package

The project is broken down as follows:

• A main embankment breakwater, with developed length of about 4.5 km
• A secondary embankment breakwater, with developed length of about 1.5 km
• Two container terminals of about 1,600 m with a depth of up to 18 m
• 2 terminals up to -20 m/zh dedicated to raw products
• 2 terminals up to -16.50 m/zh dedicated to refined products
• A terminal of 320 ml at -16.5 m dedicated to coal vessels.
• A dock of about 300 ml with depth of 16.00 m for bulk and miscellaneous vessels

In-fill surfaces a part of which is reclaimed from the sea.
